Living Room: There is a 28inch TV with satellite channels, DVD player that can play CD, CD-R, CD-RW and MP3. There is also a selection of DVDs and CDs from which to choose. In addition there are a number of books. Our apologies if they are not to your taste - you should see our collection at home!! There are also some electrical adaptors suitable for use with UK appliances. There is access to the balcony and swimming pool from the French doors.

Dining area: A modern table, that can be extended if desired, with 6 chairs and easy access to everything required for your dining experience! The BBQ equipment is also kept in this area.

Kitchen: All the mod cons are provided including gas/electric cooker, electric oven and grill, large fridge/freezer, toaster and kettle (washing machine is kept in cloakroom). An iron and ironing board are also provided. Access to rear patio area and games room.

Cloakroom: WC, basin and home to the washing machine. There is also a small built in safe for your use.

Bedrooms: All rooms have orthopaedic mattresses. The main bedroom, has a King size bed, and includes air-conditioning, large wardrobe, chest of draw and hairdryer. The second bedroom has air conditioning, wardrobe + chest of draws. The second bedroom is a twin, which has a cabin bed that can be converted to a third single or one double with the other single, so this room can sleep three people. The third bedroom has a large fan instead of air conditioning as well as a wardrobe + chest of draws. The main and bunk bed rooms have balconies.

Bathrooms: The bathroom on the first floor has a large bath with hydrotherapy shower unit, WC and marble basin. The bathroom on the top floor has a Jacuzzi corner bath, seperate shower unit, WC and sink.

Roof terrace: There is a large sun terrace at the top of the villa. This is an excellent place to get the sun all day, with great views of olive trees and the Aegean Sea to the front. There are two sunbeds up here along with a swing chair. There is also a kitchen area with sink and easy access to a fridge so you can eat and drink up here without leaving the sun!

Ground floor Balcony: A marble BBQ is on the terrace for the times you don't want to go into town to eat and fancy cooking al fresco.

Swimming Pool: The private pool is 2.75m (w) x 6m (l) x 1.4m (d). There is a patio area by the pool and an outside shower by the basement games room. A pool maintenance company cleans the pool at least once a day. Gates have been put around the balcony area to minimise toddlers' access to the pool and to provide additional safety.
PLEASE NOTE: FOR SAFETY REASONS, DO NOT DIVE INTO THE POOL.

Basement Games Room: The games room has a full size table tennis table, a darts board and a selection of board games to keep you entertained. There is also a sofa and table and chairs in here for your comfort whilst playing. Whilst the games room (also home to the garden furniture) is very large it is not particular tall (six foot high), so PLEASE MIND YOUR HEAD WHEN IN USE

Garden Furniture: There is a large variety of garden furniture kept in the basement games room, which you can choose to place where you want for your personal comfort and choice - whether that be on one of the balconies, the rear patio, the pool patio or adding more furniture on the roof terrace - choices, choices!!

Safety: The villa is fitted with two smoke alarms, a carbon monoxide alarm, a fire extinguisher and a fire blanket. There is also a first aid kit in the Kitchen.

No smoking is allowed in the villa but feel free to smoke on the terrace and balconies - ashtrays are provided. In addition no pets are allowed in the villa - whether your own or adopted locally!

The villa is not suitable for those with walking difficulties, due to the number of stairs.

Maintenance & Repair: We employ a Property Management company to look after the villa when we are back in England. There may be times when they need access to the property to carry out any repairs. Any inconvenience would be kept to a minimum.

Equipment: If you have a problem with any of the appliances in the villa, all the operating manuals are available for your use. In addition there are basic instructions provided in the villa information manual. If you still have a problem then you can contact our Property Management Company who will assist you.

Emergency Contact: Should you have any URGENT queries our Property Management Company are on call 24 hours a day to help you out.

Villa Vicinity: The villa is built in quite a newly developed area, a short distance away from Third beach. As a result some of the roads are not what we may expect in the UK. You may need to be careful when walking in some areas, as the paths are not always entirely flat. However they are still very accessible. There may also be a few buildings around the area that are currently incomplete. Whilst this may not look pretty, there are no major works allowed during the peak season and so building works will NOT affect you, even though some of these buildings look like they may be worked on at any time! Altinkum is an up and coming area, which adds to its charm. This will not affect your enjoyment but we want to be honest with you as to what to expect. If you like completely polished holiday resorts that imitate the UK, Altinkum may not be the best place for you.
