Making a Booking
To check availability, either contact us on 01908 236552 / 07939 337524 or complete and forward the Booking Request Form, (print and fax to +44(0)1908 393283) ensuring that all the obligatory fields are completed. We will then do a final check to ensure availability and, if the villa is available, send you a Booking Form along with our Terms and Conditions. Once the Booking Form has been returned to us, along with the deposit (or full amount if less than 56 days to departure), we will send you a Confirmation Invoice. Provisional bookings, from the initial request, are held for two weeks.
The payment terms are as follows:
- Deposit of 25% of the full rental cost is due immediately, to ensure booking is held. If less than 56 days to departure, the whole balance will be due at this time.
- The total balance less deposit paid will be due no later than 56 days prior to departure.
- A security deposit of £150.00 is due no later than 56 days prior to departure. This will be returned to you, less any costs for damages, breakages or losses, within 14 working days following your departure from Villa Mooli.
